o Provide support and assistance to key accounts, dealers, distributors and D-Store Online customers. o Enter order and manage backorders for dealers through Microsoft AX, B2B, and Magento for D-Store online customers Manage/update all internal sales forms (dealer applications, price lists, discounts, special terms etc.) o Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations to upper management to re-supply inventory shortages and reduce inventory overages o Answer consumer questions and address concerns via phone, e-mail, and directly at dealer meetings. o Work in team with the outside sales department, primarily for the South East, East Coast and Canada. o Use sales experience, product knowledge and persuasive skills to maximize sales opportunities o Review all credit hold accounts and work closely with A/R to insure payments are made promptly o Provide assistance and editing Dainese marketing tools, press releases, etc. o Participate to events, trade shows and showcases.

o Process orders, forms, applications and requests for Baumvision on Netsuite and SAP o Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face at tradeshows. o Respond promptly to customer inquiries for Baumvision and TOMS optical customers o Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints for customers o Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints o Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource o Manage customers' accounts for regions without a sales representative o Managed inventory and backorder resolutions for all Baumvision brands o Keep records of customer interactions and transactions o Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints o Communicate and coordinate with internal departments such as production, accounting and marketing o Trained on all functions to assist with handling international sales and production

o Create window and floor displays that adhere to American Apparel’s visual standards. o Trained on all operational functions that the store manager and assistant manager are trained on, including opening and closing the store, administering returns and store credit, setting sales goals, and dividing tasks amongst sales associates. o Link between the management team and the sales associates, helping management to accomplish important tasks such as regular store cleanings, merchandising, and motivating employees on the sales floor to help exceed goals.

o Compare merchandise with original requisition and information on invoice and prepare credit memos for returned goods for wholesale and online retail consumers. o Notify customer and designated personnel of findings and recommendations; such as, exchanging merchandise, refunding money or adjustment of bill o Write business correspondence and resolve customer or public complaints o Work with Filemaker on a daily basis, creating credit memos and taking wholesale orders
