Customer Service Representative/Account Manager

Customer Service & Support

o	Provide support and assistance to key accounts, dealers, distributors and D-Store Online customers.
o	Enter order and manage backorders for dealers through Microsoft AX, B2B, and Magento for D-Store online customers
Manage/update all internal sales forms (dealer applications, price lists, discounts, special terms etc.)
o	Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations to upper management to re-supply inventory shortages and reduce inventory overages
o	Answer consumer questions and address concerns via phone, e-mail, and directly at dealer meetings.

o	Write business correspondence and resolve customer or public complaints
o	Work with Filemaker on a daily basis, creating credit memos and taking wholesale orders
