Special projects include merchandising the cafes, sourcing/ decorating all 7 cafes for the holidays creating floor plans and managing the event supplies by making sure each event is stocked with appropriate materials

Member of a diverse team in a high traffic cafe. Work fluctuates between customer relations & finances at the register to making specialty coffee drinks/food items plus overseeing production of supplies while managing flow of the cafe, deliveries and ordering.

Organic, educational & production farm with personal responsibilities that include hands on work with the gardens seeing plants from seed to fruition, managing recipes & finances for the annual wreath/plant sales, helping to raise small scale livestock and guiding kids tours.

Design materials for print & web, oversee or lead workshops, organization of studio + supplies, manage events/classes.
