Responsible for the global marketing efforts for one of the world's most premium mountain bike brands. Oversaw overall brand strategy, including advertising, web, digital, social, PR, media relations, crisis communication, sports marketing, partnerships and events. Led the global brand and product launches including B2B roll out to International Distributors and North American dealer network. Led the B2C consumer strategy including Ecommerce management by including voice of customer (VOC) inputs and global market insights.

Focused on the consumer facing brand experience of RYU product, marketing, communication, digital and retail. Oversaw and directed all aspects of the tone of voice and look and feel of brand experiences at all consumer touch points. Led and executed on multi-channel campaigns via social, digital, community, retail, OOH and PR to drive qualified traffic in-store and online.
