Create and maintain all global customer order spreadsheets while constantly updating account status of delivery, shortages, price changes, subs, fabric, color issues, etc. each season ? Enforce compliance with all factories ensuring account requirements as far as special testing, packing, tagging, and shipping are followed ? Seasonally create reports for corporate approvals on all global styles/colors offered and bought in line ? Consult with sales, sourcing, and oversea offices daily to discuss and resolve any issues delaying customer orders and production ? Communicate all delivery extensions with the customer and advise overseas offices how to proceed ? Maintain constant contact with the import team to make sure all invoices and shipping documents are answered in a timely manner by the customer and review if there are any errors or issues ? Special projects assigned

? Update inventory and comparison reports daily on all received inventory to verify quantities against shipping and receiving logs ? Coordinate with project managers, warehouse employees, and shipping supervisors to schedule pickups and distribution ? Document inventory discrepancies such as missing or mislabeled items ? Analyze inventory statistics, determining which products are selling the most and which are under-performing

? Follow the DMAIC method to find sourcing solutions for Georgia Pacific new machinery implementation ? Lead, schedule, plan, and capture metrics for continuous improvement processes
