What began as a hobby a year ago has blossomed into a full-blown obsession. I thrive on the unique challenges each business presents, constantly driving me to learn and grow. I am highly proficient in Shopify and comfortable with code editing, enabling me to tailor solutions to diverse business needs.

Analyzed key metrics to measure product effectiveness. Drafted user stories, use cases and functional specifications to support product development. Led a cross-functional team of engineers, QAs and UX designers to develop features and fix product defects. Delivered detailed feature roadmaps that included action items and project targets. Worked closely with QA to develop use cases, review test cases and track feature bugs. Led the design and development of software upgrades and the deployment of new services and products.
