In my own words

Crystal

“Leaders become great, not because of their power, but because of their ability to empower others.” -John Maxwell -- METHOD -- I whole-heartedly commit myself to conquer challenges.

Follow-through and integrity are two very important traits in my book and are rules that I follow when empowering colleagues and teams to succeed. I’m trusted to be able to help—either with the answer or help finding it. I’m committed to helping bring creative projects to life, ensuring quality through sustainable development while empowering all those who cross my path to lead with confidence, embrace their unique ability, and shine their light on the next one in line. I'm in the business of making things happen. In the production world, things move fast. It’s likely 9 times out of 10 that things will go wrong. I’m committed to going great lengths to keep things flowing as close to the plan as possible.

I have the innate ability to go into a department that may be struggling with efficiency for one reason or another and connect with each employee to coach them into a dream team. When my little sister was younger, I coached her NJB team so coaching comes naturally to me. I find that great teams are what make the most impact on the success of a business.

I have great success connecting with customers and vendors to ensure maximum operational efficiency, ensuring that all fast-moving parts align and synchronize for the benefits of all sides of the business. I can see the bigger picture.
