I whole-heartedly commit myself to conquer challenges. I’m committed to going great lengths to keep things flowing as close to the plan as possible.

I have the innate ability to go into a department that may be struggling with efficiency for one reason or another and connect with each employee to coach them into a dream team. When my little sister was younger, I coached her NJB team so coaching comes naturally to me. I find that great teams are what make the most impact on the success of a business.

• Project Management: Provide strategic direction and oversight of all aspects of supply chain and accurate production of accounts (i.e. Ripple Junction, Hybrid, Troll Clothing, Bait, 5.11, etc.) to assure compliance with applicable laws and practices for retailers such as Kohls, Target, Hot Topic, and Ecom stores.
• Strategic Planning & Analysis: Contribute to the development of strategies, plans, and operational guidelines to support the company's vision, Sourcing & Purchasing (Garments, price tickets, hangtags, UPC stickers, hangers, & polybags).
• Policies & Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of policies and authorize their implementation, ensuring the integration of corporate strategy and vision at the business unit and departmental levels.
• Leadership: Lead a team of planning, sourcing, purchasing, customer service representatives, and supplier quality functions.

Planning/Operations (GM)

• Process Improvement: Oversaw accurate production of accounts (i.e. Bioworld, Green Source, 5th Sun, Mad Engine) to assure compliance with applicable laws and practices for retailers such as Wal-Mart, Target, Sears, and JCP.
