Proactively manage the President's calendar and email. Arrange travel for executive team and track unused tickets, miles, and charges. Reporting to the President, responsible for accounts management, office operations, regulatory compliance, human resources, public relations, marketing, business development, social media, website development/maintenance, and travel arrangements.

Dispatched air medical support to necessary locations in multiple states. Utilized extensive mapping programs, managed multiple phone lines, and quickly evaluated necessary information to provide customer with emergency support.

Delivered a high standard of customer service that build relationships with guests and developed guest loyalty. Supervised special events and exclusive parties to ensure guest expectations were met. Maintained education of products in order to better assist guests.

Launched a new brand into the state of Arizona. Managed and coordinated special events, created and purchased specialty marketing materials, and hired promotional employees to spread brand awareness. Identified, analyzed and successfully performed all logistics for business/marketing trade shows to strategically target our consumer. Managed website updates and social media.

Worked efficiently and positively while multitasking in a fast paced, high stress, high demand environment. Assisted in logistics of build out and break down of all Block Parties.
