I have always enjoyed wearing multiple hats while working in a fast paced work environment. I have over 15 years of customer service experience, which has developed my ability to adapt to a variety of people and situations. My ability to anticipate needs and provide necessary support in varying areas of expertise has proven to be one of my greatest talents.  

I recently made my dream of moving to Denver a reality and am now looking to align my career with my passion of the outdoors.  I am a tenacious, dynamic, and creative professional that is looking for a progressive company that will utilize and develop my professional skills. Assist special boutique dealers, key accounts, and EDI accounts with order processing, returns, warranty.  Providing superior customer service while assessing planning and delivery reports to provide prompt delivery for goods to the dealers.  Support our outside sales reps with any needs they might have while in the field.  

Proactively manage the President's calendar and email.  Arrange travel for executive team and track unused tickets, miles, and charges.  Assist in office management and implement new human resource procedures.  Provide support to the executive team with project management, accountability amongst staff, and presentations.

Executive Assistant

Reporting to the President, responsible for accounts management, office operations, regulatory compliance, human resources, public relations, marketing, business development, social media, website development/maintenance, and travel arrangements.

Dispatched air medical support to necessary locations in multiple states.  Utilized extensive mapping programs, managed multiple phone lines, and quickly evaluated necessary information to provide customer with emergency support.

Guest Relations Specialist

Launched a new brand into the state of Arizona. Managed and coordinated special events, created and purchased specialty marketing materials, and hired promotional employees to spread brand awareness. Identified, analyzed and successfully performed all logistics for business/marketing trade shows to strategically target our consumer. Managed website updates and social media.
