Was brought back to manage the warehouse and office space, and to wind-down all operations. I successfully filled the available office and warehouse spaces, adopted the role of landlord, and launched a Penske truck rental agency to generate enough revenue to cover overhead.
Operations Manager
Beimar, Inc.2022 – Present
Taking on all aspects of operations, from personnel and line-planning, to buying, to in-warehouse processes that facilitate on-time shipping of sold goods, and factory-production communication tools. Applying my Spanish and Chinese skill sets to bridge gaps in communication and in-office networks, I address deficiencies to improve processes while generating buy-in from established stake-holders.
Brand Manager
MACROIDEA Inc2020 – 2021
Responsible for defining a new Amazon brand focused on work from home products, and building-out the listing and digital assets to facilitate a successful launch and growing brand. To achieve this, I developed private label manufacturing sources through Alibaba and domestic sources, including soft goods, hard goods, and 3D prototype suppliers. In addition, I was responsible for managing customer communications for the existing Amazon brand, GearLight, as they ramped from 10 - 30+ Million in revenue during the pandemic. Once MACROIDEA sold their primary brand, GearLight, my role was terminated and they brought on 3 new hires.

Represented a large Polyester and broad CVS knitting mill. Shipping custom knits on the roll and developing in-stock sales processes. Greige, dyed, printed, etc FCL/LCL This position ended shortly after the 25% tariff was placed on Chinese imports.
