I'm a passionate project manager with an affinity for the Colorado Outdoor Industry. I love trail running, snowboarding, and backcountry split boarding in my free time. I'm also passionate about personal development, where I've had to go through personal work along with mentoring younger individuals through this process. As a Project Lead for Encounter Nature Event, I orchestrated a successful tradeshow and spearheaded strategic partnerships with PR Firms and brands. My expertise spans event coordination, sustainable landscaping, retail, and volunteer mentoring.

Florissant, CO | 2023-2024 The Encounter Nature Event, a product showcasing event brought together multiple Colorado-based outdoor companies to strategize and diversify their business offerings within the outdoor industry. * Project Lead - Coordinated and directed all facets of tradeshow operation. * Project deliverables included a comprehensive project proposal detailing various analyses and plans, a strategic playbook outlining future project execution strategies, a final project presentation summarizing all project activities, and a project brief documenting the completion process. * Executed a five-phase event plan designed to attract outdoor industry customers, engage local brands, and increase revenue and networking opportunities during off-season periods. * Utilized networking and communication skills by connecting with six PR and marketing firms, eventually partnering with Meteorite PR to spearhead the event.
