• Develop Sport’s Licensed as well as private label headwear, lifestyle apparel, and printable’s for the following leagues: NBA, NFL, MLS, and MLB.
• Develop and manage Headwear/Apparel collaborations with: Bruno Mars, Don C, Jordan Brand, Bape, Timberland, Levi’s, Bleacher Report, Complexcon, Coca Cola and Kobe Inc.
• Experience with a companywide buyout, separation and restructure from Adidas on to its own entity.
o Manage up to 1,000 SKU’s a season from concept to bulk production including Inline catalog business, quick turn / fast fashion and SMU.
o Work directly with the NBA, MLS, NFL and MLB as Identity Assurance manager, ensuring our product is always up to league guidelines.
o Experience with Hot Market (2017 NBA Finals). Producing product for the championship team, to be in stores day after Title is announced including production, trim sourcing, and shipping.
o Initiated a style naming convention and color coding system company wide.
o Worked with all factories to create color/quality standards and silhouette/ fit guidelines.
o Effectively work bi-coastal with our Head office in Philadelphia Pennsylvania.
o Partner closely with production team on all production deliverables; including awareness of season projections.
o Successfully brought on three new headwear vendors, including 1 domestic, increasing margin 10 points.
o Developed Headwear and Tee’s for the 2018 All Star Game, generating $2 million dollars in revenue within 5 days.

ASICS America Corp
Product Developer - Outlet,SMU & Special Events | 02/2016 - 12/2016
• Develop Men and Women’s apparel/accessories for both the Performance and Lifestyle categories.
• Manage 80-100 styles a season from concept to fully operational status in product line.
- Sole developer for all apparel/accessories for the 2016 New York City Marathon expo and race participant shirts. Event in total, expo and online (3 day’s sales) brought in $4 million.
- Drove the biggest portion of the business at ASICS – Outlet, improved margin by 300bps within a season.
- Worked closely with large accounts such as Footlocker, Six:02, Madewell, Zappos, NY Roadrunner, and Amazon to create special product tailored to their needs while balancing the Corporate/Global standards from the brand.
- Established a quick turn – fast fashion calendar module for the team to use for Special Events and SMU and steered team to meet those deadlines.
Oakley, Inc.
Apparel Developer | 09/2014 - 02/2016
• Develop Men and Women’s apparel including knits, wovens, jackets, bottoms, and performance wear for our Oakley outlet stores.
• Manage roughly 60-75 styles a season from concept stage to bulk production including:
- Tech pack creation using a PLM system
- Fit sessions – work closely with the technical design team to achieve fit approval within the calendar deadlines.
- Prototype review/approvals at all appropriate stages; proto 1, 2, salesman sample, and TOP.
- Fabric and trim sourcing
- Costing – negotiation with factories to meet margin goals.
- Print, handloom and color approvals.
- Testing – worked with our lab to ensure all product passed requirements to meet Oakley standards before bulk production.
• Weekly conference call with Asia/Central America vendors.
• Consistently achieved seasonal goals maintaining a 70% target margin across all categories.
• Monitor and track WIP’s, PO’s with logistics team on a daily basis to ensure on time delivery

Jr. Apparel Developer | 07/2013 - 09/2014
•Worked for the following categories: Golf, Training, Sportswear, Tech Outerwear and Vault. Stepped in when workload was heavy or in the absence of a team member.
•Built tech packs, PLM system updates, attended fit sessions, prototype review, and work with the test lab to ensure Oakley standards were met.
•Colorist – managed all lab dips including color approvals, comments and communication with mills/factories for the performance category (Training, Golf, Tech Outerwear).
•Ran the Golf Athlete program – worked with Sports Marketing and the Design team to develop SMU apparel for 7 high profile athletes.
•Managed product development for the headbands category.
