* Provide friendly, warm welcome guests upon checking into our resort. * Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in. * Greet, present, and incentivize guests to attend an owner update workshop. * Provide recommendations on local area attractions, restaurants and/or things to do. * Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines. * Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits. * Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings. * Keep current on marketing information and materials, including industry trends. * Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually.
