Delegate to employees, maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of the store, manage a team of 3+ girls, brand merchandising as well as merchandising displays. Office paperwork and computer work for various duties. Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors, their reps and company merchandisers as well.

Extensive customer service, keeping track of input and follow through of special orders as well as inputting inventory. Maintained cleanliness of 3 different locations and merchandising all locations. Social Media management, meaning scheduling posts, taking images of our models and editing the photos for Marketing and Promos. Editing and publishing posts for multiple social media accounts and boosting posts. Also, researching the business side of social media business accounts and implementing a plan to benefit the boutique.

I managed a group of 3+ girls, occasionally managed the teams in the surf boutique my employer also owned. I created and maintained relationships with all of my vendors and sales reps, attended all of the bigger swim shows in Southern California as well as many smaller brand specific shows and line previews. I worked with my reps to put together all of our orders for the boutique as well as performing various RA's, trades, dropping and adding new brands as need, trend forecasting, recognizing what sells and what the customer wants despite personal preferences. I became very adept at visual merchandising, something I am passionate about. As the store manager, I learned how to work well with many different personalities and how to be a friendly manager as well as an efficient one who strives for the best and gets things done.
