I'll let you in on a little secret: All copy is not created equal. So much of the messaging out there these days is mass-produced, copied-and-pasted, and so riddled with sales attempts that there's no personality left. These are all tell-tale signs of a brand struggling to get noticed because it's not sure who it really is, or what it wants to say.
And that's where I come in. As a certified brand whisperer, I've been working with businesses of all sizes for over a decade and have finely tuned a process for defining a brand, crafting a brand language, and infusing that language into every nook and cranny of the business - even down to the way your employees answer the phone.

In these mutually full time positions I managed seven retail managers who covered sixteen retail boutiques across my markets of San Diego, Washington DC and Boston. I was responsible for $1.4 million in retail sales in 2013. I achieved this goal by identifying promotional opportunities, reporting on fast and slow turning product, writing replenishment orders and highlighting retail product on social media sites. In addition, I facilitated retail boutique openings in all markets, and wrote copy for numerous marketing materials including POS flyers, personal guest emails, and social media content.
