Prepares day-to-day accounting support for 2XU business unit (approx. 25 employees). while excelling at team management and understanding the importance of deadlines, in additional to the following: -Maintaining all Banking/Merchant relationships -Reconciles events (Expo) weekends -Prepares Daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports -Monthly Adjusting Entries and GL reconciliations -Responsible for all weekly/bi-weekly payroll functions -Audit Support

Performed accounting support and reporting for CGI’s parent company and it’s 7 international subsidiaries in a Premier Endurance Sports Media and Event industry dedicated to an active lifestyle including multiple tasks but not limited to: -AP payments, vendor accruals, international payroll -Month End Balance Sheet review and Adjusting entries -Monthly/ Quarterly VAT filings -Annual Nexus and business tax filings -Monthly P&L review with FP&A team -Merchandise/Inventory monthly reporting, cycle counts -Managed foreign accounting/legal/banking relationships -Print and Digital Media, Sponsorship billing/collections

Accountant for Print and Digital Media, assist in month end close, update and maintain both domestic and international BS roll forwards. Review Charity FBO and Corporate Sponsorship contracts for media allocations to book and track throughout the contractual year. Help track inventory levels for digital advertising units, (ie: ROS and SOV) through DFP and Google Docs. Liaison for our Sales Team and our outsourced Ad Ops Team (Operative). Work as an administrator to assist the National and Regional sales team with LaunchPad (Advertising revenue sub-ledger software)
