• Lead, plan & execute digital, social, in-store, event and activation marketing initiatives supporting product launches with independent action sport wholesale partners, driving sell-through and brand awareness. • Develop and manage relationships with 46 independent Action Sport accounts across the North East Territory. • Responsible for creative and project brief development for all initiatives. • Manage seasonal fixture, POP and promo orders and distribution to account base. • Install in-store visuals, window graphics, and custom interior enhancements. • Partner with internal teams in Creative, Brand Marketing, Sales, and Event functions to ensure regional executions support larger brand goals.
