Responsible for managing all aspects of past, future and ongoing projects related to Fiber Optics and Telecommunications. Projects range from $5k to $200+k. Providing material and labor quotes, overseeing 8-10 technicians, managing company vehicles, setting up travel itineraries, providing technical support and coordinating with client and in house upper management teams, hiring and training new technicians, conducting site walks and visits and also inquiring about future project opportunities are all aprt of my day to day roles.
