Creative project manager for Marketing & Communications. Oversee projects across two lines of business and six product lines; Manage all project lifecycles from inception to completion via the JIRA project management system. Manage Media & Advertising purchasing, budgeting, and project management for Company-wide initiatives; oversaw an annual budget of $1 Million. Partner with Creative Director to manage and traffic all projects and resources to ensure timely delivery. Manage communications with stakeholders about project kick-off meetings and presentations, providing updates and overseeing bi-weekly meetings to review project timelines and deliverables. Partner with legal, regulatory, and compliance on all projects to ensure production per company procedures and processes.

Served as Creative Project Manager & Program Manager supporting the Industries business line within the Salesforce organization, explicitly supporting the Public Sector, Retail & Consumer Goods, and Communications, Media & Technology industries for all creative projects. Project lifecycles ranged from two weeks to six months. They included digital banner ads, social media and digital promotional artwork packages, video production - both long and short form, out-of-home advertising, promotional materials, and web-based projects. Responsible for the creative planning and intake process, as well as all meeting scheduling and communications between stakeholders and production teams. Partnered directly with third-party vendors and agencies to oversee and manage requisitioned work.
