• Manages all aspects of Outside Vendor division for Full Price and Outlet stores • Creates and maintains yearly, monthly, and weekly sales plan for division • Weekly and monthly analysis and presentation of sales, gross margin, sell through and turnover • Responsible for the planning and execution of buying consisting of negotiation skills, vendor relations, problem solving, and quick reaction to business trends through reorders, markdowns, and cancellations • Selects and develops assortment through product development, planning, and trend awareness • Allocates to stores by analyzing target store capacity for each product • Partners with Marketing, and Visual teams to ensure correct execution of assortments in store • Attends trade shows to procure new vendors and determine current trends • Maintains positive working relationships with vendors and internal partners • Proficient in Photoshop, Excel, and buying math • Use operating systems NSB, SAP, Qlikview and Smart Query

• Assistant Buyer for Young Men’s Apparel, Waterman’s Apparel, Kid’s Apparel, Accessories, and Footwear for Full Price and Outlet stores • Collaborate with Retail and Ecommerce Buyer to execute a merchandise assortment plan that supports the financial and merchandising objectives of the brand • Review weekly retail sales performance to identify business opportunities for newness in product, potential re-orders on top performing materials and to consider styles that require markdowns • Participate in open to buy meetings with Planning and Allocation to achieve targeted sell through and turn goals • Place and maintained purchase orders for Retail and Ecommerce • Coordinate all inline and licensed sample product
