I actively try to improve myself and work on a constant basis. I strive to connect with people on a personal level. I believe that the human connection is a fading skill and work to preserve it. I enter every situation with an open mind and am willing to give and receive constructive criticism. I love the outdoors and enjoy returning to favorite family spots. Supervise all Genius Bar operations, provide technical and developmental guidance to all levels of technicians, uphold Apple repair quality standards by tracking quality and frequency of repairs, oversee training and certification process, partner with with leadership team to deliver team feedback, drive Apple repair and company priorities, work with district level support to implement new processes, work directly with customers to solve higher tier issues, create and lead team meetings quarterly, track department success on a weekly, quarterly, and yearly basis

Mac Genius

2014 – 2017

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair customers iOS and Mac devices. Train and mentor new technicians, provide feedback to company when processes do don't function properly. Work with leadership to identify pain points and help implement new strategies.

Worked closely with entire store teams to implement new training, identified knowledge gaps and worked to develop content and implement training to resolve gaps, tracked training impact and adjusted training methods as needed, worked closely with every level in the store to better understand training needs, on boarded new employees from all levels and created custom training plans
