• Drove store sales from $9.5 to 12.5 Million in 3 years. • Leveraged relationships with vendors and REI Outdoor School to train staff in the outdoors, increasing product knowledge, employee retention, and employee satisfaction. • Provided Leadership development training to fellow Store Managers at district meetings. • Designed new tools to use for Employee New Hire Training for the entire company including Retail, HQ, DC, and Overseas divisions.

• Drove store sales from $7 to $9.5 million in 3 years. • Led innovative changes to customer/ employee experiences district-wide including flat-screen video monitors at frontline, Snowsports training, Advanced Sales and Service Training, and the Mt. Baldy Banked Slalom.
