Working in LinkedIn's High Growth Segment, I am charged with the opportunity to double down on the relationships with some of our fastest growing customers. • Develop beneficial relationships and partnerships with our rapidly growing client base by offering consultative advice on leveraging the full potential of the LinkedIn network and LinkedIn's recruitment solutions.

• Led a team of 17 Sales Development reps consisting of Enterprise, SMB, Staffing, and RM teams while being held accountable for an aggregate team quota. • Coach reps to reach monthly quotas while guiding them to achieve their career goals • Collaborated cross-functionally, created and implemented best practices resulting in higher productivity and efficiency

• Played an integral role in the development of the initial Sales Development Relationship Manager position for the New York City office • Received team-nominated Sales Development "Rockstar" Award • Researched subsidiaries of existing clients as well as clients that operate in a decentralized manner • Supported 10 Enterprise Relationship Managers to qualify and develop recruiting processes for accounts

• Personally responsible for over 100 litigated actions • Attended foreclosure mediations on a daily basis • Responsible for drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, orders, legal memorandums, oppositions, and general correspondence • Attend Case Management Conferences, Oral Arguments, and Pre-Trial Conferences • Manage and advise clients in order to achieve their ultimate goals in the most efficient manner

•Analyze and apply New Jersey Court Rules to various civil motions on a day to day basis •Perform extensive legal research •Draft recommendations to the Judge regarding dispositions of motions via legal memoranda •Assist with trials, case conferences, and motion hearings •Mediate both landlord-tenant and small claims cases

•Perform all aspects of business operations including direct product development, marketing, and sales •Shape, glass, and paint custom surfboards •Produce surfboards utilizing eco-friendly materials including balsa, bamboo, and bio-resin

•Assisted in all aspects of Civil Litigation Practice, including but not limited to drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, orders and legal memorandums
