I currently run the Business Development team globally at yext. While present here I have grown my organization from 4 domestic members to 42 globally (NAMER, DACH, and EMEA) including inbound and outbound teams covering SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise and Channel sales.  Additionally I have crafted a Sales Methodology for both inbound and outbound and successfully executed them on a global scale taking local intricacies into mind.  I am Responsible for developing and empowering the talent pipeline of the sales organization through constant coaching.

• Played an integral role in the development of the initial Sales Development Relationship Manager position for the New York City office

• Researched subsidiaries of existing clients as well as clients that operate in a decentralized manner 
• Supported 10 Enterprise Relationship Managers to qualify and develop recruiting processes for accounts

Sales Development Relationship Manager

• Personally responsible for over 100 litigated actions
• Attended foreclosure mediations on a daily basis
• Responsible for drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, orders, legal memorandums, oppositions, and general correspondence
• Attend Case Management Conferences, Oral Arguments, and Pre-Trial Conferences
• Manage and advise clients in order to achieve their ultimate goals in the most efficient manner

Associate Attorney

•Analyze and apply New Jersey Court Rules to various civil motions on a day to day basis 
•Perform extensive legal research 
•Draft recommendations to the Judge regarding dispositions of motions via legal memoranda
•Assist with trials, case conferences, and motion hearings
•Mediate both landlord-tenant and small claims cases

Judicial Clerk

•Perform all aspects of business operations including direct product development, marketing, and sales 
•Shape, glass, and paint custom surfboards
•Produce surfboards utilizing eco-friendly materials including balsa, bamboo, and bio-resin

•Assisted in all aspects of Civil Litigation Practice, including but not limited to drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, orders and legal memorandums
