Our product lines include snowboards, technical and lifestyle apparel, goggles, and accessories across Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer collections. Established in 2021, WHITESPACE is rapidly expanding across sales channels and product lines. We’re seeking team members who are excited to work hard, collaborate, and help build an enduring snow brand rooted in excellence. Job Description: <ol><li data-list="bullet">Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in Oregon and Washington</li><li data-list="bullet">Identify, prospect, and onboard new retailers aligned with the brand’s identity and sales goals.</li><li data-list="bullet">Drive preseason bookings, in-season reorders, and sell-through support for all categories.</li><li data-list="bullet">Professionally conduct line showings, product clinics, and on-snow demos.</li><li data-list="bullet">Serve as the key point of contact for all dealer-related communication within the region.</li><li data-list="bullet">Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale support.</li><li data-list="bullet">Track and analyze sales data to improve seasonal strategies.</li><li data-list="bullet">Ensure all merchandising and brand positioning are effective on each retail floor.</li><li data-list="bullet">Manage territory forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.</li><li data-list="bullet">Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and retailer events to represent the brand professionally.</li><li data-list="bullet">Provide market feedback, trends to the product, and marketing teams.</li><li data-list="bullet">Develop regional riders and brand ambassadors throughout the territory.</li></ol> Qualifications: <ol><li data-list="bullet">3+ years of sales experience in the winter sports / outdoor industry.</li><li data-list="bullet">Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.</li><li data-list="bullet">Experience representing premium snowboards, outerwear, and apparel.</li><li data-list="bullet">Established network of retail buyers in ski, snowboard, and fashion within Northern California.</li><li data-list="bullet">Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li data-list="bullet">Ability to travel extensively throughout the region.</li><li data-list="bullet">Passionate about snow sports and outdoor lifestyle.</li><li data-list="bullet">Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.</li><li data-list="bullet">•Proficient in Google Workspace/ Microsoft Office. </li></ol> Compensation &amp; Benefits: <ol><li data-list="bullet">1099 Independent Contractor; 100% commission-based.</li><li data-list="bullet">Samples provided at no cost.</li><li data-list="bullet">In-store and booth assets are provided seasonally.</li><li data-list="bullet">Promoted as needed and provided discounts on gear and apparel.</li></ol> To Apply: <ol><li data-list="bullet">Please send your resume + a cover letter expressing why you believe you’re a fit for the job through Malakye.com or directly by email to hello@whitespacesnow.com and include “APPLICATION from Malakye – Sales Representative NORTHEAST” in the subject line. </li></ol>
