San Diego Mountain Biking Association Careers

The San Diego Mountain Biking Association (a 501c3 non profit) works to improve trail access for mountain biking in San Diego County. SDMBA staff and advocacy volunteers provide a unified voice for trail users in public land-use policies favoring sustainable outdoor recreational opportunities balanced with conservation. Liaisons, trail builders, and other advocates seek out and build harmonious unified alliances and partnerships with businesses, land managers, and communities. Specialized volunteer-driven programs support this mission and further inspire youth to explore the outdoors and become its future stewards.
