High Fives Foundation Careers — TRUCKEE, CA

HIGH FIVES FOUNDATION FOCUSES ON PREVENTING LIFE-CHANGING INJURIES AND PROVIDES RESOURCES AND HOPE IF THEY HAPPEN. Supporting disabled athletes is just one facet of High Fives. In 2011, the Foundation opened the C.R. Johnson Healing Center, a rehab facility in Truckee, California that offers a community resource for disabled athletes. Through the B.A.S.I.C.S (Be Aware, Safe In Critical Situations) program, High Fives works to educate school-age children on how to avoid injuries. In 2014, High Fives started the Military to the Mountains program which brings veterans, who have suffered catastrophic injuries skiing at Squaw Valley.
