Assistant Manager Trainee This is a full-time position for someone looking to pursue a career in the Snowsport industry. The position includes advanced training in the following categories; Retail Sales, Back Shop, Buying and Inventory Control, Watersports, Advanced Boot Fitting and Custom Orthotics and Retail Management. For inexperienced candidates it typically takes up to two years to acquire the skills of each of the categories above. Upon completion of the two-year program the candidate will be ready to advance in our company or other Snowsport companies. Requirements- The ideal candidate is an experienced skier of intermediate or higher ability. They have a pleasant an engaging personality, they are able to remain calm and steady under conditions of complete chaos and they are a self-starter in conditions of utter boredom. They also will have social media experience that would allow them to oversee the stores social media outlets. Base salary is $11/hr and is commensurate with experience. Salary adjustments occur as the candidate is able to display excellence in each of the above categories.
