Open Territories: <ol><li data-list="bullet">New England</li><li data-list="bullet">Mid-Atlantic</li><li data-list="bullet">Southeast</li></ol> Key Responsibilities:<ol><li data-list="bullet">Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly revenue and growth targets within the assigned territory.</li><li data-list="bullet">Build and maintain strong retailer relationships to maximize Camp Chef &nbsp;market share and brand presence.</li><li data-list="bullet">Travel extensively within Montana and Idaho, meeting with specialty retailers and providing exceptional value by being present in key retail doors monthly.</li><li data-list="bullet">Present and sell Camp Chef products, programs, and promotions, ensuring effective merchandising and in-store execution.</li><li data-list="bullet">Conduct regular store visits, product clinics, and training sessions to educate dealers and their staff on Camp Chef technologies and brand initiatives.</li><li data-list="bullet">Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and drive performance.</li><li data-list="bullet">Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, and customer service) to ensure seamless account management.</li><li data-list="bullet">Represent Camp Chef at trade shows, dealer meetings, and consumer events to strengthen retailer engagement and brand advocacy.</li><li data-list="bullet">Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and competitive insights.</li></ol> Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ol><li data-list="bullet">3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the outdoor, fishing, or sporting goods industry.</li><li data-list="bullet">Strong knowledge of fishing and outdoor industry trends, retailers, and competitive landscape.</li><li data-list="bullet">Proven ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability and organization.</li><li data-list="bullet">Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li data-list="bullet">Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including overnight travel.</li><li data-list="bullet">Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li data-list="bullet">Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.</li><li data-list="bullet">Passion for fishing and the outdoor lifestyle is a strong plus.</li></ol>Why Join Camp Chef?At Camp Chef, we are a team of dedicated outdoor enthusiasts and innovators who are passionate about creating the best outdoor gear in the world.
