-Review current testing process from development to bulk and coordinate with other team to optimize it then reduce cost and improve timeline via sample quantity eliminate and sample submission timeline standardized

- Restructure team across function and location to ensure effective headcount and control labor cost

- Manage daily failure in quality (Domestic /Oversea & Internal /External)---problem solving for Onsite containment action guiding and countermeasure creating

-Manage customer and end consumer claim and sample returned ,root cause tracking and problem solving and draft action plan and follow up then visible to customer

-Manage daily communicate in Social compliance part and support to improve action plan and problem solving when daily failure

-Work with each buyer to visible fabric standard -visual and performance and Coordinate with Testing specialist to manage daily testing operation

- Provide technical support for raw material development and improve comment if 3rd party testing is failure

-Remote to manage over sea function team including:
* Daily operation in quality inspection and auditing and social compliance and testing
* New sub or tier 2 supplier source & assessment in local
*Customer quality/social compliance team demand to land and continue improving
*People performance target creating + tracking
*Root cause when failure and problem solving supporting

-Coordinate with HR team for people management and team member replenish or replacement based on company strategy and function team demand

- Monthly review cost for each of function team to ensure all within annual budget

- Lead business transition oversea project /Raw material diversification project across function including Supply chain Sourcing/merchandiser ,Designer, R&D, Production development team.

- Lead specific quality issue problem solving -Baby wear zippy quality issue&Tubular fabric inconsistent size measurement issue   No more similar claim

- Lead quality day workshop to transfer quality team from output inspector to input auditor -lean tool learning

- Create new safety process and lead TUV metal free factory auditing ---All BAW factory already be authored via TUV and get certification for TUV metal free
