I am an experienced retail professional in the action sports industry specializing in softgoods and accessories.  I also have 6 years of B2B sales experience as a territory manager. I am looking for a career as an account manager, outside sales rep or territory manager within the action sports, industry. I am passionate, energetic and love snowboarding, long boarding, wake surfing, and biking!

Responsible for assisting the store manager with various duties, including point of sale operations, receiving inventory, product placement/floor merchandising, and general sales floor duties. 

Acknowledge, confirm, enter, process, and monitor customer orders for West Coast specialty ski and snowboard retail shops across WA, CA, OR, ID, AK, NV, MT, WY, UT and TX.
Proactively communicate with customers (dealers and distributors) and 7 sales representatives about any issues concerning their orders (product quality, order tracking, availability of product/product delays, shipping/delivery issues, billing, etc.), providing prompt responses and problem-solving to find solutions
Provide frequent order status updates to customers and sales representatives
Provide customer support electronically or by phone in a timely and accurate manner
Establish and maintain accurate account details for customers
Process returns, including warranty claims, for end consumers
Provide product information to customers and identify opportunities to sell/upsell

Customer Operations-West Coast Specialty

Worked as a licensed insurance producer, selling insurance policies to pet owners all over the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. Consistently reached monthly sales goals for all 4.5 years. Answered between 30-60 inbound calls per day, explained the complexity of insurance basics to consumers, and was responsible for selling policies with an ARPU of $100 per month. 

Insurance Sales

I manage the women's softgoods department at a large, high end, action sports retailer in Seattle. I manage a team of sales associates on a daily basis. I am responsible for interviewing, training, and managing the softgoods sales team of a 5MM per year store. I work closely with our buying team to provide feedback on product sales, what works in store and what doesn't. Responsible for boosting sales in the women's softgoods department. Wrote and implemented a new sales process that has boosted sales in the past month (May 2015) by 10%. I was selected as the Burton Girls In Store Ambassador for the winter 2014-2015 season and was responsible for promoting, attending and planning Girls Ride Days in the Pacific Northwest region.
