July 2010- March 2014 • Worked side-by-side with Merchandising Manager and managed a team of 20 during overnights, reconstructing the floor and areas where new seasonal product would go. Organized and maintained back-of-house areas with excess product. Styled and dressed mannequins with seasonal product for window displays, remerchandised store with own creative style • Opened and closed store making sure the tills were balanced and the store was in pristine condition for the day and the next day. Participated in conference calls with other merchandise managers and supervisors discussing sales goals and new floor sets. • Helped reach daily sales goals by aiding customers needing specific sizes, answering questions and having genuine conversation making their experience enjoyable. Handled irate and displeased customers in a professional manner.
