My name is Zach Pinzone, I have been working in the Ski and Snowboard industry for over 10 years. I currently work as a Visual Merchandiser for 3 companies covering the New England territory. Also as the the brands Rep covering Trade shows, Demos, Clinics for clients and overall brand support for the grater New England area. I also work full time as a Snowboard manager & Hardgoods buyer at a local shop in my home town.

-Design and implement a plan for a snowboard department that is accessible to multiple skill levels, styles and riding preferences (park, all-mountain, freestyle, etc.)  
-Work with numerous sales representatives to curate a high quality selection of snowboard products that will be easily marketable to Proctor’s customers
-Maintain product, inventory and SKUs for the Proctor website through Shopify, TallySoft and inDesign
-Attend trade shows and on-snow demonstrations to test and discuss potential product purchases for the store
-Service ski and snowboard binding, turning and repairs including proficiency with the Montana Crystal Grind Tuner


● Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to effectively manage the New England Territory for Bataleon Snowboards.
● Educate individual clients and their staff on technology of new product through meaningful and effective product demonstrations to ensure communication of quality to retail customers with an end goal of increasing sales
● Assist clients in the physical display and layout of product to maximize visibility and buyer potential
● Participate in multiple trade shows and on snow demonstrations to efficiently market new product to buyers across the New England Territory
● Manage accounts throughout the buying process including making recommendations on selection and inventory

Independent Sales Rep
