As Assistant Marketing Manager at Mountain High Resorts, I'm responsible for creating content and managing social media accounts with more than 150,000 followers. In addition to social media management, I've assisted in events, promotions, graphic design, video production, and customer experience. Southern California isn't usually known as a hub for the winter sports industry but this area and this resort's impact on snowboarding is undeniable. My goals are to continue learning and executing the most current best practices for digital marketing through all mediums.

Develop daily photo & video content and grow social media platforms for a combined 150,000 followers
Understand and execute best practices for quickly changing social media platforms
Assist in developing digital and print advertising
Collaborate with video production specialist for weekly content sent to greater Los Angeles cable news stations
Be available as the resort spokesperson for interviews with Los Angeles cable news stations

•	Manage $3000 per month Google Ads spend while managing a consultant, and utilizing Google Analytics, SEM Rush and Yoast SEO
•	Maintain entire Wordpress website using Elementor, Yoast SEO, Gravity Forms, and other plugins
•	Develop and maintain website blog 
•	Write, edit, and publish blog content for distribution through social media and email marketing through Zoho Campaigns
•	Manage LinkedIn and Facebook, primarily posting blog content
•	Create timely client data reporting in Excel
•	Create pitch materials for large restaurant groups, international casinos, and international liquor brands
•	Completely redesigned an online User Interface for our online portal in collaboration with a their party developer


Marketing Coordinator

•	Create content in direct coordination with the Senior New Media Specialist & monitored all social media platforms:
o	Facebook: 260,000 likes
o	Instagram: 146,000 followers
o	Twitter: 23,000 followers
o	LinkedIn: 6,000 followers
•	Make bi-weekly website updates through Drupal.
•	Author monthly member emails to a list of over 70,000 members.
•	Develop Instagram stories with record viewership and engagement through video and photo editing platforms(Adobe Premiere Pro, Premiere Rush, Lightroom) 
•	Work inter-departmentally (Performing Arts, Education, Guest Engagement, Membership) to develop seasonal calendars


Marketing Intern

•	Held video interviews, edited, and produced a video with the summer associate law interns.
•	Created advertisements, announcements, and header images for social media and e-mail campaigns in Illustrator. 
•	Used Constant Contact internally and externally for announcements and events.
•	Created press releases for awards, events, or news about the attorneys at the firm.
•	Updated bios of partners and associates as they were featured in articles, cases, and awards.
•	Drafted and posted new attorney bios to the website.


•	Posted on Social Media platforms daily through HootSuite (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
•	Created promotional videos and campaigns for events and programs hosted by the agency.
•	Ran queries and reports on the company database for clients with new drivers for the Teen Driver’s Seminar, then reaching out to these clients and organizing the seminar.
•	Worked on a monthly e-mail newsletter through Constant Contact.
