-Recommend textiles and embellishment for preconceptual meeting preparation.
-Analyze sell thru data and build a firm SMU strategy for both creative director and CEO.
-Manage SMU creation process from inception to production and ensure all key product creation gates/dates are met.
-Reviewing prototypes fit comments, enhance workmanship and submits for approval for all categories from design concept to production and reflect all changes on cost sheets.
-Daily communication with domestic sample room and oversea vendors.
