Currently serving as the President of Newland Consulting, my role revolves around collaborating with large-scale organizations to formulate and execute highly effective marketing and sales strategies, optimize operational efficiency, and spearhead market expansion initiatives.

Notable achievements include securing substantial contracts with major retailers on a global scale, leading the direct listing of a public company in foreign markets, as well as launching and managing highly successful pilot programs in collaboration with internationally renowned companies.

Achievements:
•	For medical device company created a strategic business plan and financial plan to help raise capital. Lead the entry into several top national retail chains and online retail partners.
•	For health and wellness company developed and implemented new operational and sales strategies effective to increase their business 127% YOY. 
•	For carry goods/bag line championed e-commerce and B&M strategic sales plan for the USA and international markets. Entered top retailers such as Best Buy and Pottery Barn helping add $1.3 million of new business 
•	Working with a consumer electronics company that faced operational challenges and developed and implemented a new omnichannel sales experience. Conceived a new operational business structure with 3PL and successfully negotiated new agreements with key retail partners. Reduced OPEX by 18% and improved company margin by 12%. Negotiating new POG resets with retailers such as Target, and Best Buy, Costco and Sam's Club, and independent retailers. 
•	Accountable for e-commerce content development, publishing/scheduling, and KPI-based optimization for increasing client’s brand engagement, retention, and organic lead acquisition: avg. client CTR increase of 24% over previous quarters. Global Marketing Integration: Cross-functional collaboration with international parent company teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, communication transparency, and alignment with long-term objectives and goals.
