Define and manage all aspects of D7's revenue, products, and services verticals.

Responsible directly to the CEO for defining and managing all technical aspects of Decon7’s existing products and products under development. Work closely with engineering to ensure continuity of effort when responding to customer/partner requirements. Analyze and respond to RFI, RFP, RFQ, and any/all other tenders. Maintain an intimate and thorough familiarity with the specifications and testing associated with each product in the Decon7 portfolio and responsible for understanding limitations/constraints imposed by various compliance/regulatory requirements.

Product Manager

Part Business Developer, part Marketer, part Sales Developer, part Project Manager, part Proposal Manager, but fully responsible for winning business opportunities. I identify the resources needed to pursue a business opportunity; oversee bid strategies, pricing, teaming, and proposal strategies; and manage the transition from business opportunity to proposal development to award. Currently, I am chasing a multi-billion dollar BD pipeline. Responsible directly to the CEO for business development, training and curriculum development, and conducting training associated with the company's goals.

Senior Project Manager/Sales & Business Development Manager/Strategic Business  Manager

Provided logistics integration and technical services in the areas of Program Management, Logistics Support, Inventory/Allocation Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement of Spares, Sustainment Items and Initial Issue Commercial End Items, Maintenance and Warranty Management, Training Management, Enterprise Resource Planning System, Market Research, and Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE). Conducted equipment maintenance to include intermediate/field level maintenance and the processing of warranty and/or depot repairs with the OEM. Provided oversight for and conducted Operator/Crew Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) on equipment set. Provided new equipment and refresher training for equipment items.

Logstics and Field Engineer Team Lead

Commodity manager for technical products for western, eastern, and Asia-Pacific regions. Optimized inventory, accurately forecasted demand, and enhanced more efficient planning by reviewing customer schedules, through utilization of asset management/forecasting system, and from conducting direct liaison with customer top-level management. As Regional Manager, directed and executed performance of commodity supply, distribution, and retail facilities within western region for products through coordination with subordinate site managers, monitoring asset management program, and interaction with senior customer reps. Promoted to Regional Manager for western region within 5 months of employment. Immediately addressed customer issues at underperforming facilities by leading facility intervention/optimization team that streamlined and corrected operational deficiencies resulting in an immediate 30% increase in productivity. Managed 94 employees at 11 facilities and 11.4 million products.

Program Mission Manager & Regional Manager (Western Region)

Worked with facilities engineers, subcontractors, and customer representatives to redesign and upgrade 3 facilities with 100,000 square feet of storage and distribution space used to store, issue, and process over 725,000 pieces of equipment valued at over $50 million to customers in the western region. Subsequently, conducted start-up operations for these facilities and transferred 500,000 items from customer to New Breed’s custody. During tenure: Managed the logistical aspects of product life cycles, including coordination or provisioning of samples and the minimization of obsolescence through warehouse management system; and Reviewed logistics performance with customers against targets, benchmarks, and service agreements. Recognized by both mid & top level management for having the best start-up, best customer relations, and for increasing productivity by 10-20% across operations.
