• Oversee collection design and development of top tier accessory products that are on trend, brand right, and developed to brand speci cations utilizing domestic and global manufacturing. Products are designed for success at retail, while maintaining costing requirements that ladder up to corporate margin and timeline strategies. • Lead trend forecasting and generate seasonal reports that provide detailed direction for collection development. • Maintain brand standards for all national brands, such as Fruit of the Loom, Carhartt , Merrell, Jeep, Athletic Works, Russell Athletic, and New Balance. • Oversee associate designers and their role in supporting the design process. • Collaborate directly with packaging designers in order to generate packaging concepts that are market and trend right for easy product sell through. • Manage all creative design in regards to customer and consumer facing presentation and product communication materials. • Work with Brand Teams to assist in photography and video products that are both consumer and customer facing for presentations and marketing. • Assist Creative Director with Brand presentations for large scale clients such as Walmart, Target, as well as National Brand Partners

• Support Creative Director and Designers with updating existing and carryover collections, presentations, and catalogs. • Maintain catalogs for accuracy with product changes, and assure that catalogs and layouts are up to date with latest graphic design trends. • Utilize PLM so ware to communicate technical documents and data to closely monitor product development timelines. • Work closely with marketing and packaging teams to provide over ow packaging design assistance and marketing collateral needs. • Design presentations for buyer meetings that are on trend and on brand to support the newness of products being shown.

• Utilizing Adobe Creative Suite I am able to generate market right media and presentation materials that support both in house and national brands. • Maintain color libraries and catalog all incoming Pantone and CSI swatches for quick access. • Generate technical Pointecarre graphs for designers to assist with the development process. • Assist with packaging designers in any product photography or lifestyle photos, as well as any video editing that is needed. • Work with brand teams to maintain product imagery within cloud based server locations.
