- Design and development for soft good products in the vest, pack, submersible, and luggage categories in the fly fishing industry for the 2022 season onward. - Design and implemented 3D model to tool for fly storage hard goods. - Created and implemented development schedule for 2022 season, 2023 development season. - Design and created new packaging for a variety of products. - Created new costing BOM template for better transparency of cost of materials within factory. - Vetted and coordinated the on-boarding of a new factory. - Created a centralized product information management system. -Manage and coordinate with warranty department on a variety of repairs and defects to be adjusted in production.

Product Developer - Equipment

-Served as designer for multiple down sleeping bags, synthetic sleeping bags, packs, gloves and accessories. -Technical developer for sleeping bags, packs, gloves, and tents. -Staged, shot and edited photography of products in development for internal and consumer facing channels. -Design and create presentations for specific key customers and retailers. -Managed the production of many of the packs, sleeping bags, tents, and gloves for the Fall 2019 season onward. -Coordinated testing and timeline for sleeping bag ISO Temperature testing. -Managed the technical and material information of all current and new equipment products. -Worked with the PLM system developers on implementing a new internal data system. -Organized product test trips for technical insight into current and new outdoor product categories. -Constantly communicating and adjusting designs with oversea factories to achieve on-time delivery, high quality products, and hit forecasted price margins. -Managed costing BOM's for new developed products to be 100% accurate to the samples and projected production. -Communicated with brand athletes and advocates on new insights and testing opportunities for new and existing product. -Assisted in the design, creation and implementation of packaging on a global retail scale.
