I aim to inspire those I work with by balancing the precise, structured production side design with the loose, blue sky creativity required to innovate. Color and materials help me consider a product’s first impression and lifecycle after sale.

I’m passionate about creating products that serve specific aesthetic or performance requirements in outerwear, layering, lifestyle apparel and footwear.

CLO & Gravity Sketch inspire my workflow because I enjoy the rendering process when a model, materials and lighting come together to showcase a visualization from my mind's eye.

Work Experience

Apparel Designer

509, INC

2021 – 2024

Snowmobile gear industry leader in performance and purpose built product solutions. Scope of work included men’s & women’s snowmobile outerwear, midlayer, baselayer, casual and men’s motorcycle jackets

Achievements • Overhauled tech pack process to improve sampling, thus shortening prototype calendar • Spearheaded new category launch: designed two motorcycle jackets taking cues and successful design language from snow outerwear and helmets

Responsibilities • Managed outerwear collection: designing new styles, updating existing styles, reviewing samples • Applied colorways to new and carryover styles in collaboration with graphic designers and PLM • Researched and developed new trims and materials with suppliers for bulk orders • Maintained and approved materials, trims and samples library
