• Built the Journeys SMU program by working with the Sole Tech finance managers, product managers, product line managers and designers to create new exclusive footwear products.
• Lead in the opening of The Buckle by working and negotiating terms with the key stakeholders on The Buckle’s team with the internal Sole Tech finance, product and division managers to open their account.
• Achieved more efficient business with Amazon by utilizing all of the tools in Vendor Central.
• Managed the Amazon EPC (Dedicated Brand Email Campaign) for a new footwear launch.

Manage domestic sales supplying key accounts including Footlocker, Zappos, Tilly's, Zumiez; plan and execute sales strategies, recruit/train/mentor six representatives; coordinate trade events and lead meetings; travel as needed to domestic sites. • Increased U.S. sales from 2013 ($10.7M) to 2014 ($15.1M)
• Increased door coverage from 70 to 400 in five years; grew team from four to 25.
• In 2014, had built Tilly’s sales from $26K to $1.0M annually and Zumiez from $30K to $5.0M.
