Maintain a strong network of Sports Contacts to ensure the correct identification and acquisition of sporting talents.
Assist in the creation and negotiation of contracts with South Pacific athletes that are or will be representing Oakley. Handling the administration of these contracts and associated payments (liaising with relevant stakeholders where required).
Contribute to the development of effective strategies for key product releases and ensure smooth implementation, including custom product for sponsored teams and athletes.
Effectively manage event sponsorships for maximum exposure.
Create brand building content to leverage key athletes across global and regional networks.
Attend major sports events to ensure representation and support of the Oakley brand and sponsored athletes.
Manage and liaise with key media contact pertaining to Sport categories for PR product opportunities.

Work with Marketing and Brand Managers in development of the overall marketing or branding strategy in accordance with business needs.
Plan, develop and execute marketing objectives and strategies for The North Face and Teva, including implementation of a comprehensive advertising schedule, public relations activities, promotional activities and production of all creative requirements. 
Assist in the development of strategies for the launch of new or changed products.
Assist in the development and management of marketing budgets and controls expenses.
Evaluates effectiveness of specific promotional programs against sales, recommending changes where necessary.
Analysis of market needs and market trends to assist in preparation of sales plan. 
Regular liaison and communication with sales reps and clients to keep informed of latest market trends and conditions.
Design, coordination and implementation of a broad variety of marketing and promotional material using various media.
