• Managing daily transactions and earnings from employees and local accounts including the Orange County Sheriff’s Department and California Highway Patrol. • Coordinating daily logistics for over 20 driver’s and high volume service orders from AAA, OCSD, CHP, UPS, and OCTA through multiple lines of communications and programs. • Developing weekly schedules for current and new employees by certain skillset. • Analyzing and executing contracts for The Auto Club of Southern California (AAA), Orange County Sheriff's Department (OCSD), California Highway Patrol (CHP), United Postal Service (UPS), Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA). • Maintained an overall satisfaction customer service score of 90% in 2022 by analyzing daily KPIs that consisted of service volume, ETA’s and customer surveys.
