Looking at things as a creative + strategist + data analyst, she galvanizes stakeholders, teams and brand partners behind unique and emotionally intelligent, analytically-backed initiatives that generate brand heat, build a community, and drive above-industry-benchmark growth.

Unapologetically holding brand at the highest regard, Vicki is an empathetic, fearless leader authentic to the industry with a progressive career path bolstered by analytical and strategic advanced degrees. For 15 years, she's consulted and led brands and retailers in trade, agency and brand-side roles in the surf, snow and outdoor industries, as well as founding her own brand Vees in 2020, which launches officially in early 2022. 

Breaking barriers for women who play the game, starting with what we wear to the golf course. Drawing from her work at iconic for-women, by-women snow and skate brand Nikita and the sustainable pioneer brand Nau, Vees is a west-coast lifestyle golf brand with an inclusive mission.
