Built, managed, and led a high-performing retention marketing team of 4 internal members, coordinating with an external partner team of 6. Managed multiple channels including email, mobile app, SMS/MMS, transactional, and automated communications.

Spearheaded the creation and strategy for PUMA’s omnichannel SMS/MMS mobile program for e-commerce and retail stores. Played a pivotal role in the successful launch of the PUMA APP by developing the retention marketing strategy and driving the overall marketing plan.

Actively participated in off-site strategic sessions with senior leadership, leading the acquisition and retention pillar to elevate performance to the next level.
