Manufactured and developed the mechanism for the inverted pendulum and integrated the design with the 1 servo-motor
and servo-motor drive along with 1 incremental encoder.

Mechatronic Intern

? Implemented a new chassis design for hyperloop POD using 3D Cad modeling on Siemens NX 12.0
? Performed FEA on the chassis to reinforce the suspension hardpoints on which the spring damper was mounted.
? Redesigned a rocker-arm type suspension to solve the POD's instability due to an incomplete tuned suspension system.

Structures Design Engineer

for the chassis team, in this role interacted with 3 cross-functional subsystems such as
automotive interior, exterior, steering, and braking systems.
? Lead the Concept designing of Fuse Box to achieve better serviceability also designed the mounting on the truck chassis.
Developed technical competence with the production team to provide quick design for manufacturing (DFM) support to the design process
? Simulated complete steering assembly of a dual steerable axle truck in UG-NX to solve the fouling problem of steering
draglink with chassis and shock absorber. Created and owned new parts in Siemens Teamcenter.

product design engineer

? Managed 4 assembly stations on the Chassis production line of the TATA NEXON pickup truck and minimized the defects.
? Lead a team of 11 mechanics and implemented a solution in terms of Poka-Yoke for a VIN plate mount on the dashboard.
? Simplified the inventory process that saved 14 hours per week that's equivalent to half the pay of a full-time employee.
