methods such as use of social media, redesigning of website with a focus on a more content driven site, creating
ad campaigns in print and strategically placed digital media, web based contests and promotions utilizing local
media and websites. Summer sales increased by 30% from 07' to 09'. Sundown Surf Shop has reached a more
prominent role in the NY Surf community and has been mentioned in Time Out as one of the top 5 Surf Shops in NY. Other responsibilities included hiring and staff training, buying, merchandising, developing training manuals on
best practices, bookkeeping and customer service. Responsible for implementing social media and digital
marketing. Organized digital ad campaigns with Surfline, The Surfer's View, Ad Roll, and more    Content Manager for Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and wordpress.

Creator of the New York Surf Film Festival, A three-day event premiering surf films from around the globe.

OWNER/FOUNDER

The Team Manager was the critical first line manager responsible for implementing Red Bull's Mobile Energy
Program in Brooklyn/Queens. Led a promotional team of 15 and was accountable for all facets of their
management, sourcing, on-boarding, planning, motivation and day-to-day administration. The main goal was to drive heavy usage and sampling in the Brooklyn/Queens market by ensuring a fun, fully mobile and constantly
available team who delivered product to the consumer with a premium appearance at the right time, to right people, in the right situation.
