Creative & Design

Accomplished, highly skilled Designer / Art Director with a strong understanding of Die-Lines, Pre-Press Standards and visual design, including current design trends in apparel and consumer products packaging.

Driven by super-fine details, with an ability to work independently or as a collaborative team member, delivering high-quality design projects within tight deadlines. Possess a keen eye for trend, typography, branding, color theory, and design layout for print and digital media. Able to lead a team managing budget and workflow, moving projects from ideation to completion.


Lead Designer, responsible for developing assets and interpreting design strategy for a variety of vehicle brands and themes. Working closely with design peers on the team who lead Hardline and Softlines Product development and approvals, Global Brand Teams, and with the help of internal operations and design agencies to ensure a custom solution and calendar of asset deliveries is met. 

Selected Projects:
•	Lead Global Vehicle brands style guide development, asset pack development and Global Marcom approvals for licensed programs for vehicle brands.
•	Work closely with team to ensure assets are usable and applicable to all CP categories globally.

•	Supporting brands by creating and implementing category strategies, effect global consumer products creative and products our licensees/partners develop. Lead creative asset development projects, create new solutions and encourage/inspire partners and peers to think outside the box.


Defined an authentic, consistent brand voice for a large portfolio of major national and regional brands, New product launches and line extensions successfully collaborating with internal and external teams. Designed primary and secondary packaging. Developed and implemented style guides. Negotiated licensing deals and managing third-party relationships with vendors and well-known lifestyle brands. Obtained permits, scouted for locations, and collaborated with photographers to produce original images and video. Created content for special brand initiatives, experiential marketing, website graphics, video content, and social media campaigns at the request of the CMO / Director of Regional Brands. 

Key Contributions:
•	Successfully increased engagement for the targeted demographic for the Born Free Partnership, improving brand visibility and boosting social media engagement.
•	Led experiential marketing campaigns at multiple annual events as well as quarterly activations.
•	Collaboratively designed innovative products on behalf of Pabst with outside lifestyle brands, including Vans, Volcom, Lib Tech, SE Bikes, Loser Machine Company and The Speed Merchant.
•	Planned and executed a multi-state tour for branded, custom-built vehicles as part of a national contest, working directly with partners from the U.S. Military, eBay, and multiple non-profit organizations. 


Creative Manager

Lead design and production to create and successfully deliver multiple simultaneous campaigns. Develop and revise style guides while managing and mentoring junior designers to produce consistent high-quality work. Create art and design for consumer products, digital media, print, and packaging. Shoot and edit photography and video. Demonstrating expertise in design and print for trade show builds, consumer packaging and press checks. Contribute to ideation for annual brand plans, new product rollouts and line extensions.

Production Artist / Print Production Manager, 2002 to 2007
Manipulated Key art, including compositing, retouching, color correction, and editing for international major motion picture releases on DVD, VHS and Blu-Ray. Expedite work orders/workflow collaborating with sales teams to meet tight deadlines. Pre-Flight/Pre-Press files ensuring quality standards. Manage production of all printers including LightJet, Lambda, Vutek and InkJets, using Onyx and Cheetah rip software.
