Assist and provide service to customers, businesses, sales reps, and internal L*Space managers with product orders, product shipping, and product knowledge. Skills included allocation, order processing, order adjusting, EDI processing, returns processing and every day communication between customers, sales reps, and shipping teams. 

Promoted to Store Assistant Manager in July 2014 after being a key holder from May 2012 to July 2014 and sales associate from February 2012 to May 2012. Responsible for the management of customer service and maintaining relationships with clients, customer problem resolution, employee (permanent and season), recruiting, hiring and training, storewide merchandising, inventory processing and movements, weekly scheduling for staff, and ensuring accurate Point of Sale program practices and procedures. 

Assistant Store Manager

Interned for local chapter passionate about ending the cycle of homeless youth. Internship included responsible of posting daily on social media accounts, which later resulted in gaining up to 20% increase in followers on Instagram.  The internship also included attending meetings twice per week to gain content for social media channels and interview kids that the non-profit benefitted. Interviews were used to write feature articles later posted on Stand Up For Kids national website and the organization’s newsletter.  
The #GivingTuesday social media campaign from October 2016 to December 2016 intensely focused on fundraising for the nonprofit and using the seasonal opportunity to raise awareness of the organization.  The end result of the campaign surpassed our goal of $5,000.

Provided public relations expertise with team of students to professional client as representative of California State University, Fullerton student-run advertising, entertainment & tourism Communications, and public relations agency as credit for capstone course.

Promoted to key holder position in May 2012 and carried out daily store operations and responsibilities while maintaining customer satisfaction by driving and meeting sales goals.
